LPU 2024 Admission Requirements

To apply for LPU NEST 2024, make sure you meet the following qualifying requirements:

B.Tech program:

• Citizens of India are eligible to apply.
• Applicants must pass the 12th-grade examination from any university or board that is recognized.
• In the qualifying test, applicants must have taken Physics, Mathematics, and English.
• As a percentage, a minimum score of 60% is required to be qualified.
• Candidates from Sikkim and the Northeast states, defense personnel, and the wards of Kashmiri migrants shall receive a 5% relaxation.

MBA program:

• Candidates must have passed a qualifying bachelor’s degree exam from a college or institution recognized by the UGC to be eligible.
• A minimum of 55% of the marks required for qualification.
• Applicants with scores from the CAT, MAT, XAT, or CMAT are also welcome to apply.
• Candidates who take the qualifying test and pass it will also be able to apply.

The LPU 2024 admissions process starts on September 20, 2024, according to the provisional schedule. Results from Phase 1 of LPUNEST will be released on February 8, 2024. Phase 1 will run from January 20, 2024, to February 5, 2024. This phase’s LPU admissions procedure will take place from February 12 to February 20, 2024.

LPU Entrance Exam 2024

The Lovely Professional University administers its own entrance and scholarship examination known as LPUNEST. In addition to this, the university also acknowledges the scores obtained in various national entrance exams such as JEE Mains, NATA, CAT, MAT, XAT, and others. LPUNEST is conducted by the university to grant admission to over 150 undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Annually, approximately 75,000 students participate in the LPUNEST Exam, which is an online assessment comprising 125 objective-type questions.

The exam is divided into six sections encompassing English, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and Mathematics. According to the LPUNEST Exam Pattern 2024, each question carries a weightage of 4 marks, and there is no penalty for incorrect responses. Candidates are allotted a total of 150 minutes to complete the examination.

LPU Admission 2024 Exam Center

There are LPUNEST Exam Centers in more than 200 Indian cities. All days are open for testing, except public holidays and weekly off days. Nonetheless, the LPUNEST exam facilities are only open on particular days of the month in a few places. Lovely Professional University has the right to add or delete any test city from the list of LPUNEST Exam Centers. In all cases, applicants are not eligible to request a city’s slot reservation.

LPU Admission Test Admit Card

Only those applicants who have successfully reserved their exam seats will receive their LPUNEST 2024 admission card. While applicants whose test slot is reserved by the university can obtain their admit card 48 hours after slot booking, LPUNEST Admit Card 2024 can be downloaded immediately once slot booking is complete. The candidate’s name, the course, the exam location, the exam date, the exam time, and the exam day policies are all included on the admission card. The admit card is a required document that applicants must bring with them to the exam; those who do not present their admission card on test day will not be allowed to take the test.

LPU NEST 2024 Result

The online mode will be utilized to make the LPU NEST 2024 Result accessible. The release of the result will occur on different dates corresponding to each session. Once a session concludes, students will have the opportunity to verify their results. Before the declaration of the result, candidates must ensure they have their login credentials, including their application number and password, readily available. Those who successfully pass the entrance test will be required to enroll in the counseling process. Participation in the counseling process is mandatory for all qualified candidates.
